LifeRaft (Social Navigator Inc.) is a company based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, that provides a SaaS-based threat intelligence platform to security and business risk teams in the corporate/commercial sector. Our platform, Navigator, is intelligently designed to identify, track, and investigate issues related to fraud, protective intelligence, threat mitigation, corporate espionage, counterfeit identification, and asset and infrastructure management.

Navigator is used world-wide by Fortune 100 companies, global organizations, and investigative firms. Our team is constantly innovating and developing the platform to anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of our customers, further bridging the gap between physical and digital security challenges. 


  • Build a successful sales culture by managing an internal team of Account Executives
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Managing organizational sales goals by developing a business plan that covers team and individual performance
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results regularly
  • Work closely with Account Executives and CSMs to gain knowledge of the Navigator product and customer experiences
  • Focus on the growth of new markets & territories, both as an individual contributor and building & coaching teams
  • Create a disciplined & structured approach to help potential customers identify & achieve their goals & objectives
  • Coordinating with marketing on sales support and initiatives
  • Implement sales processes
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Provide accuracy in forecasting and reporting
  • Promoting the organization and product


What you need to get the job:

  • Experience managing a sales team to success
  • Experience managing a company sales pipeline 
  • Experience in planning & implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge & understanding of sales cycle best practices
  • Demonstrated ability of effective account management (understanding their needs, addressing their challenges, connecting the dots)
  • Desire to learn and become an expert in our customers’ workflow and internal process
  • Ability to manage customers virtually (over the phone and via WebEx)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on growing revenue
  • A background in sales with skills in closing business
